Ptosis - Women 60's Before & After Case 42

1-month post bilateral (internal) ptosis repair. Incisions were made on the back side of the eyelids to shorten and tighten the Mueller muscles, allowing the muscles to lift the eyelids, the brows to not compensate and to relax, and the skin to fold over. Right muscle was done to prevent the anticipated ptosis from occurring when the compensating muscles relax and better achieve symmetry.
