Ptosis - Women 60's Before & After Case 35

6-month post bilateral (external) ptosis repair and blepharoplasty. Incisions were made through the skin to shorten and tighten the levator muscles, allowing the muscles to lift the upper eyelids wider and the eyes to appear more symmetrical. Skin was removed from the skin folds to limit the expected exacerbation of heavy skin folds after ptosis repair.
