Ptosis - Women 50's Before & After Case 32

1-month post right (internal) ptosis repair. Incision was made on the back side of the eyelid to shorten and tighten the Mueller muscle, allowing the muscle to lift the eyelid up and the skin to fold over and thus for more symmetry in the eye opening as well as the skin folds, without intervention to the eyelid skin.
