Reconstruction Before & After Case 67

4-months post left lower lid basal cell carcinoma resection and reconstruction. 1/3-1/2 of the eyelid was resected to remove skin cancer. Muscle-skin flap from the lateral canthus and temple and transconjunctival graft from the upper eyelid were used to lengthen the lower eyelid horizontally and vertically, respectively, and allow for the eyelid margin and lash line to reappose with internal and external sutures. Eyelid height and contour were preserved.
