Reconstruction Before & After Case 63

5-weeks post left lower lid basal cell carcinoma resection and reconstruction. 1/3 to 1/2 of the eyelid was excised. Muscle-skin flap from the lateral canthus and temple were used to lengthen the eyelid and allow for the eyelid margin and lash line to reappose with internal and external sutures and preservation of the eyelid height and contour.
