Reconstruction Before & After Case 61

1-month post right lower eyelid basal cell carcinoma resection and reconstruction. 1/3 of the eyelid was excised to remove the skin cancer. Muscle-skin flap from the lateral canthus and temple was used to lengthen the eyelid and allow for the eyelid margin and lash line to reappose with internal and external sutures and preservation of the eyelid height and contour.
