I am posting this review on behalf of my father. He wanted to express his sincerest gratitude to the doctor and her office staff. Everyone was very pleasant to work with, and my dad was even happier with the care he received. Dr. Phan was always very patient and took her time to answer all of my dads questions. She performed eyelid surgery for my dad as it was impacting his vision, and now he is extremely happy with the result.
