Paulina, Office Manager

Paulina joined the team in 2022, bringing 18 years of experience in the medical field. Her expertise ensures that our daily operations run smoothly and that our patients receive exceptional care. 

Beyond her professional role, Paulina finds joy in her life as a loving spouse and dedicated parent to two children and two furry companions.

In her free time, Paulina enjoys attending her daughter’s cheer competitions and frequently experiments with new recipes from all cultures, delighting her family and friends with delicious creations. 

Rochella, Surgical Technician and Patient Care Coordinator

Rochella has been working with Dr. Phan for over five years now after receiving her B.S in Human Development from the University of California at Davis. Rochella coordinates all surgical care, assists during in-office surgeries and takes pride in ensuring that patients feel heard and understood, addressing any concerns they may have and helping to alleviate their anxieties. Whether it’s scheduling surgeries, answering questions about procedures, or simply offering a reassuring presence, Rochella strives to make each patient’s visit as smooth and stress-free as possible!

In her free time, you’ll find Rochella playing in-door volleyball, walking her three dogs, or baking delicious cupcakes and cookies. Rochella is also a fanatic of board games—can you believe that she owns over 100 board games?! 

Esther, Patient Access Specialist

Meet Esther! Our front desk medical assistant, who earned her certification in 2022 at EVC. She ensures that patients are scheduled in a timely manner and efficiently manages the front desk tasks, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone. Currently, Esther is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.

In her free time, Esther enjoys going on adventures with her two miniature schnauzers, exploring her passions for cooking and art, and preparing for the exciting journey to motherhood.

Jessica, Patient Access Specialist

Meet our Patient Access Specialist, Jessica! She joins the team after receiving her baccalaureate in Business Management and minoring in Human Resources and Psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno. As an overachiever, Jessica works diligently to schedule patients in a timely manner and, at the same time, multi-tasking to support her colleagues to meet our patients’ needs and expectations. Jessica strives to make the people around her happy.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys watching true crime documentaries, making 3D puzzles, traveling with her family, and spending time with her pets.

Monique, Social Media Specialist

After receiving her baccalaureate in Marketing from San Jose State University, Monique uses her knowledge and enthusiasm to help businesses grow in the world of social media. Monique certainly fills a void at LaFace and now manages LaFace’s social media presence. Monique creates the contents you see on all of our social media platforms. From highlighting Dr. Phan’s expertise to sharing a glimpse of our dedicated and hard-working team or showcasing what is new and upcoming at LaFace, Monique ensures that our online community stays informed and engaged.

In her free time, Monique likes to travel, have new culinary experiences, spend time with her friends and family, and do hot pilates.
